Q: I want to be a regular user of the website and wish to have unlimited use of the content pages as well as an electronic version of the digital edition newspaper.
A: We offer monthly and annual subscription options to the Access Pass. Just visit the subscribe page on the website
Q: I’m already a subscriber. Where do I login to read unlimited stories on the website or view the digital edition?
A: Visit the Access Pass LOGIN page. Look for the menu navigation for the word ‘login’.
Q: I forgot my password?
A: Please just use the forgot password feature on the login page to reset your password.
Q: I need help with my Access Pass website subscription?
A: Please use the form at the bottom of this page to request assistance with your Access Pass website subscription.
Q: How do I change my registered preferences for the regular email alerts?
A: If you have already subscribed to receive regular emails look for the link at the bottom of the emails you are receiving and click on Update Subscription Preferences. You can change the delivery options. We’re sorry we cannot make these changes for you as the profile is controlled by the subscriber.
Q: Where can I find the digital editions of the newspaper?
A: Visit the Digital Editions page found in the main navigation of the website.
Q: I need a tax receipt for my subscription.
A: Simply login to your account to review your subscription history. You may download or print receipts this way as well.
