Chance for a “positive conversation”

WINIS Imbi, who has a long history of coaching and playing success in Southwest Victoria along with Mount Gambier, said the match last Friday was a timely reminder of the importance of speaking up and taking action when it comes to mental health.

LAST Friday, East Gambier Football Club hosted its inaugural Switch the headspace Match for Mental Health, bringing a collection of both national and local legends to the ground as they sought to raise money and awareness for Australians’ ongoing struggle with mental health.
