Tourist train to Portland gets the nod

The iconic 1937 Spirit of Progress heritage train – the first all-steel air-conditioned train in the world – makes the journey part of the experience. With a new 40km/hour limit travellers can enjoy rolling through the green rolling hills of south western Victoria in an open air carriage with a glass of red or bubbles in hand.
