MANY would have had Saturday’s matchup with Colac circled in the calendar as another win in the books for Portland’s men’s basketballers, but the Kookas showed why no team can afford to be underrated in the Country Basketball League as they defeated the Coasters 80-69 at Portland Basketball Stadium.
