Ronnie’s racing romance – and the other side

At left is the New Zealand horse Skint Dip – this photo was taken on Melbourne Cup day 1971, the day Skint Dip ran fourth in the big race, having won the LKS McKinnon Stakes on Derby Day and the Moonee Valley Cup before that.
