Here’s cheers to the Upwelling

A BONNEY idea… there might not be an Upwelling Festival tomorrow as planned, but a group of Portland artists haven’t let that stop them celebrating the annual event. They’ve got together to create Revive the Reef on the fence near the Bentinck St intersection with Julia St. Its co-ordinators have been Robyn McDonald and Merry Abbey.
